Group Activity !!!

Assalamualaikum to readers! =)

Last mid-term break, our group members were given an assignment which need us to interview a Human Resource Manager (HR).

The topic that we need to interview was about

Orientation Training and Development.

Location : Starbucks, The Curve

Time : 11.00 a.m - 1.30 p.m

Date : 23 July 2011

HR Name : Pn. Siti Salina

At 10.30 a.m we already reach at the Curve. After 30 minutes walk around, the HR call us and wanted to meet us at the Starbucks Cafe. the HR Manager treat us at the Starbucks Cafe. At first we already planned to treat the HR and suddenly she said, she wanted to treat us. It is because she said that we all still students. 10 minutes later, our group started to interview her. 17 questions had been designed for the interview.

Pn. Siti Salina is a Human Resource Manager of Shell Malaysia. She has been work for the company almost 10 years. She is very friendly and happy go lucky person. Pn Siti Saliha tell us many things about her long experience on that day. many information that we get after finish the interview session. we were glad to meet a HR Manager like her.
